Helping dogs and their humans experience more health and happiness is everything to me. I first began studying Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga & meditation, almost 20 years ago. I worked with and studied directly with Dr. Deepak Chopra for 15 years before creating Sama Dog.
I’ve come to see very clearly how the same Ayurvedic principles used in humans can profoundly improve the lives of animals. I created “Ayurveda for Dogs 101” to give everyone a chance to help their dogs back to balance.
